Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Services are subject to a refund, however, there will be a time frame.

If a customer purchased a 1-month or 12-month subscription, you will have 5 days from the date of purchase to cancel and will receive a refund within 24-48 hours. This refund only applies if you haven’t had any previous appointment’s for services within 5 days. After this time period, no refund will be issued. Customers can also receive refunds on flat rate fee services if they purchased a service and no longer want to complete that service. Once a flat rate service is complete, no refund will be issued.
