Once a service is purchased, please feel free to book an appointment. Customers are able to have one appointment a day of up to 20 minutes for remote support. However, exceptions are made depending on the service we are completing for your device. We may require follow up calls for services that can take longer than a 20 minute appointment, in which we would give you a call back. Our business is closed on weekends. However, if a customer needs an appointment and our business hours don’t work for them, they can request an appointment for weekends, including before and after business hours. We will accommodate you on a case by case basis.
