- Customers that are 55+ may receive a 10% discount on any individual subscriptions involving tech support and flat-rate services. Photo ID will be required by email for us to verify your age.
- Customers may purchase a subscription at full price and get another subscription for one additional person at 50% off. This will apply to any tech support related subscriptions, including support for social media and other bundled deals. If a customer purchased a tech support service of our BlueFin Tier 1 bundle deal, they would pay $39.99 a month. The 2nd customer also gets this same deal, except at $19.99, totaling $59.98 instead of an individual subscription of $39.99 each.
- Customers purchasing a subscription at full price and another subscription for one additional person at 50% off receive support for Windows, Mac and Chromebook computers at no additional cost.
- Customers may also receive a 10% discount for services not included in their subscription. If you’re on our tech support plan at $24.99 a month, you can receive a 10% discount of services such as data backup.
